Warranty Information

Interactive Game Warehouse warrants the quality and workmanship of all of our products. Interactive Game Warehouse will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product defective in materials or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase (under normal use). INTERACTIVE GAME WAREHOUSE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCTS DAMAGED THROUGH REGULAR USE, and all returned merchandise is subject to inspection and approval before being repaired or replaced.


Warranty Validation

A Warranty Registration Card will be sent to you via email. This card must be COMPLETELY filled out and sent to our corporate offices WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE, please include your invoice number on the card in order for it to be valid. When we receive your warranty registration card, your warranty will be valid.

Warranty Returns

All returned goods or repairs must be issued a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER before being returned to us. Any order returned without a return authorization number will be refused. Your warranty registration card must also be on file with us to obtain a return authorization number. Please call the Office at (916) 721-4386 to get your return authorization number. Postage/Shipping must be paid by the customer for returns, and the R.A. # must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
